Recruiter

TAF Industries is a military-tech company that designs and manufactures advanced defense technologies, including FPV drones, loitering munitions, missiles, and AI-based aerial reconnaissance systems.
We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team.

You are a good fit for this position if you:

• At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (from sourcing to hiring);
  
• Ability to work in a hybrid format and visit the office when required;
  
• Experience working in a miltech / defense / high-security environments with understand the specifics of hiring technical specialists;
  
• Understand the labor market and industry trends;
  
• Strong communication skills and are a team player;
  
• Have critical and systemic thinking skills.
  

It will be a strong advantage if you have:

• English level B1 or higher;
  
• References from previous workplaces.
  

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates (including phone, online, and in-person interviews);
  
• Pre-boarding and onboarding of employees in cooperation with the HR Manager;
  
• Building and maintaining a talent pool;
  
• Writing and publishing job descriptions and offers;
  
• Performing administrative tasks: maintaining recruitment and onboarding documentation, candidate and employee databases;
  
• Reporting and analytics: recruitment and onboarding reports, talent pool management, analysis of recruitment effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement;
  
• Performing other tasks assigned by the manager within the scope of the role.
